Former teen idol David Cassidy has died at the age of 67, according to his publicist Jo-Anne Geffen. Cassidy was launched to fame with the TV show and musical group The Partridge Family in the 1970s, co-starring  with his step-mother Shirley Jones. In Las Vegas, Cassidy starred in MGM Grand’s EFX in 1996 and in 2000 co-starred with Sheena Easton in At the Copa at the Rio Las Vegas.
