The Naked Magicians celebrated the grand opening of their first-ever Las Vegas residency at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino on Friday, Feb. 22 with a night of magic, muscles, and endless laughs. Guests heralded the arrival of the show’s stars, Mike Tyler and Christopher Wayne, with a “stripped-down” affair at Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club attended by celebrities including Melody Sweets, Mac King, Eric Jordan Young, Gerry McCambridge, The Australian Bee Gees and the ladies of Fantasy.
Leaving little more to the imagination than their magical feats, Tyler and Wayne had guests rolling in the aisles, as they brought a whole new meaning to the phrase, “now you see it,” and proved that while good magicians don’t need sleeves, great magicians don’t need pants.
Hailing from Australia, Tyler and Wayne have performed and undressed for millions of fans in more than 200 cities and seven countries in high-profile locations including London’s world-famous West End. The Naked Magicians have been featured on major news outlets including USA Today, Cosmopolitan, HuffPost and KTLA, among others.
The Chicago Tribune says, “these guys sure know a few new spots to hide some playing cards.”
The Naked Magicians performs Wednesday through Monday, dark Tuesday, at 10 p.m. inside Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. All audience members must be 21 years or older.
